The staff at reception were so good, going above and beyond to help me with travel advice and even coming to find me when I got lost. The hotel was modern and the room matched the online pictures. The breakfast, included in the price, was nice and had a good variety of options. I also appreciated the convenience of the hotel's location. It was close to a supermarket and within walking distance to public transportation, making it easy to get to the city center or other places of interest. I also found a great restaurant just around the corner.

Nice and clean room. Big and comfortable bed. Very friendly and helpful staff. Quiet surroundings. Modern room as advertised online. Breakfast included with toaster. Helpful staff for late night check-in. Close to supermarket and public transport. Able to hold luggage for late night departure. Fresh fruit and good coffee.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

I had a fantastic stay at Ih Hotels! Everything was great from the service to the cleanliness and the amazing buffet breakfast. The hotel may be located 7km out of town, but the nearby tram station, just a 5-minute walk away, made it convenient to reach Termini station. Plus, there is a huge supermarket across the road for all your needs. I highly recommend this hotel for a great value for money experience.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and check-in was a breeze, even though we arrived late at night. The room was as spacious and modern as we had expected from the online pictures. The breakfast included a wide variety of options, including toast and fresh fruit. The hotel also provided a free shuttle service, which was a bonus for exploring the area. we found the hotel to be excellent value for money.
Although the hotel is located a bit far from the city center, we found it to be easily accessible using local transport options like buses and trams. The area also had several supermarkets nearby, which was convenient for getting any supplies we needed.
