The staff at reception were so good, going above and beyond to help me with travel advice and even coming to find me when I got lost. The hotel was modern and the room matched the online pictures. The breakfast, included in the price, was nice and had a good variety of options. I also appreciated the convenience of the hotel's location. It was close to a supermarket and within walking distance to public transportation, making it easy to get to the city center or other places of interest. I also found a great restaurant just around the corner.

I had a fantastic stay at Ih Hotels! Everything was great from the service to the cleanliness and the amazing buffet breakfast. The hotel may be located 7km out of town, but the nearby tram station, just a 5-minute walk away, made it convenient to reach Termini station. Plus, there is a huge supermarket across the road for all your needs. I highly recommend this hotel for a great value for money experience.
